I really hate thinking I have to implement a "friending policy," but in light of the recent bot activity, I feel I have to. Public entries will be kept public, but in order for people to be added back, they must first meet a few criteria:

1) Unless there is some kind of info about the journal's owner, I will not add them back.

2) Anyone wanting to friend this journal MUST comment with the following to prove they're not a bot:
* Who are you?
* How did you find this LJ?
* Why did you you friend it?


This only applies to new friends as of 6th Feb, 2009. Anyone who's already on the flist is okay. Also, if I friend someone first, they're also exempt from having to comment.
